IMPORTANT INFORMATION

REGISTRATION DATES
January 6 - Returning Campers (and siblings)

January 24 - All Members' Children

March 4 - Member's Grandchildren

March 19 - Weekly Extensions*

Weekly Extension enrollment starts March 19 for those already enrolled in a 3-week session.
If space permits, Individual weekly enrollment will be open for all members, starting May 1.

Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
While we strive to accommodate all families, availability may be impacted by staffing, facility constraints, and state or county protocols. If we are unable to fulfill your registration request, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event of capacity issues, priority will be given to prior camp families, then Regular and Sports members. If needed, a waitlist will be created for all other applicants.

CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY

Accounts will be charged in full upon enrollment.

Any changes or cancellations after enrollment will incur a
$200 fee for each week changed (switched) or cancelled, per child.

NO REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 15*- All cancellations and changes incur a fee once enrolled.

Change fee does not apply to adding weeks.

Forms and additional details regarding camp will be sent to the email address associated with the member number used during registration.

*Exceptions to this policy will only be made with proof of relocation or medical necessity.
